Online coaching is a great service for someone who doesn’t live in Vancouver, Canada and yet would like to work with us.
However online coaching is NOT for everyone. It is well suited for people who have some experience with strength training and tracking their nutrition.
So if you:
- Have regularly exercised for 1 year or more
- Are familiar with nutrition tracking (weighing your food, or using portion control or using food tracking apps)
- Are motivated and a natural go-getter
Then you would be a great candidate for online coaching.
The process is very similar to “in person personal training” starting with a consultation and assessment.
